As a tribute to the Chinese Year of the Horse, I was commissioned to produce some photographs with Chinese Olympic Rider, Alex Hua Tian, with his horses at his new yard in Cheshire.
I thoroughly enjoy working with Alex as he is very interested in the artistic side of photography and was keen to achieve some stunning images to celebrate the Chinese Year of the Horse.
The shoot resulted in a variety of images, one of which was chosen to grace the front cover of
Horsemanship, China’s leading horse magazine, to commemorate the Chinese Year of the Horse, January 2014. The magazine included a behind the scenes article of my work shoot with Alex, together with a feature entitled ’The Bond Never Fades’ and a portfolio of my work.
